About the Author

Tim Hopgood is the illustrator of What a Wonderful World, Hooray for Hoppy!, Wow! Said the Owl, and many other popular picture books. He lives with his family in North Yorkshire, England.

Felix Bernard (1897-1944) was a composer of popular music as well as a conductor and, from childhood, a professional pianist. He wrote one-act comedies for vaudeville and toured the U.S., later settling down to work with the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers.

Richard B. Smith (1901-1935) was a composer best known for writing the lyrics to Felix Bernard's "Winter Wonderland."
