About the Author

Roy Cohen spent more than 10 years providing outplacement services to Goldman Sachs’ employees. He now maintains an active private practice in career management, executive coaching, and leadership development. He’s spoken to many of the world’s leading business school alumni groups and has been quoted in media ranging from The Wall Street Journal to Fortune and Forbes. He’s also appeared on The Today Show and CNN. He’s currently an adjunct faculty member at New York University.
