On their travels they discover that there is more at stake than the loss of an Empire that has stood since the time of antiquity: indeed the very fabric of the Equilibrium could be ripped asunder. After their conflict on Turtle Island the Angelos have found themselves once more contemplating a vengeful foe that will stop at nothing to destroy them. Constantinople has been laid siege too and the enemy is at the gates. A truly epic masterful story that invites the readers imagination to explore different realms and realities. Treachery, deceit, action, and adventure; all the elements that make up an easily digestible intriguing novel with a great twist at the end.
