On a fantastic voyage, a family discovers legendary monsters that come alive before their very eyes. A vacation goes awry when a perfect storm tosses their skipper’s tiny boat off course. Finnegan, his sister, parents, and dog Howl become seven castaways, stranded on a uncharted desert island!

Curiously, they venture into the unknown and encounter a menagerie of colorful and cackling creatures. These survivors see beasts bigger than life and straight from their wildest imaginations! But despite all their differences (and a menacing mountain), can everybody finally get along? About the Author

Oliver Chin is the author of the Tales from the Chinese Zodiac series, The Adventures of WonderBaby: From A to Z, Julie Black Belt, Timmy and Tammy's Train of Thought, and Baltazar and the Flying Pirates.

Jeff Miracola's artwork is appreciated worldwide in trading cards for Wizards of the Coast's Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons&Dragons. He has illustrated for Warner Bros. Batman Beyond and Nickelodeon's Animorphs, and in games for Electronic Arts and Upper Deck's World of Warcraft. He resides in Wisconsin with his wife and three children.
