He goes on a bull on a farm, an elephant in Africa, a wolf in the mountains, and a shark in the sea. It's all fun and games until the bird goes a step too far and poops on a bear. The bird forgot that bears can climb trees, too, as the bear climbs up when the bird is sleeping to a higher branch and returns the favor!

About the Author

Sean Taylor is an award-winning author of books for young readers of many different ages. His picture books include Hoot Owl Master of Disguise, It's A Groovy World, Alfredo!, Robot Rumpus, BOING!, When a Monster is Born and Crocodiles are the Best Animals of All! A story about a bird that flies around the world dropping splats of poo upon all manner of unsuspecting animals and some humans too, is bound to be a hit with young children but when it's delivered (courtesy of Sean Taylor) via a wicked rhyming narration from the poo dropper himself and coupled with Dan Widdowson's hilarious renderings of the recipients of said splats it cannot fail to make its mark.

Young children love this one because they, or at least some among them, know more about ursine skills than does our avian narrator ...Great fun for an early years story time session, especially with that oft repeated 'What a Naughty Bird!' refrain to join in with.
