About the Author

Kirsten McCay-Smith comes from the fitness industry where she first learned about network marketing fifteen years ago.

She signed up with several nutrition and supplement companies over the span of her career as a personal trainer/fitness instructor. Although there were many successful people in each of the companies she signed up with, it wasn’t until 2005 (when she found a company completely unrelated to the health/fitness industry) that she found success in the direct sales/network marketing industry. Her new business took off and she was able to leave her job and the fitness industry after 1 ½ years as a network marketer. She has never looked back.

Kirsten now has control over her time and finances and spends her days helping others do the same.

In 2008 she was the number one recruiter in her company and has doubled her successes in 2009. She is a national trainer and speaks to groups on how to become the people they need to be in order to get what they want in their lives. She spends much of her own time on personal development and knows her business can only grow to the extent that she grows.
