What to tell you? This entire book is about me, but here are some fun facts.
I live in Southern California where sixty-degree weather causes me to dress like an Eskimo.
I don’t watch television, but I believe in fiction breaks. Fiction breaks are moments when life becomes overwhelming and escape is necessary. Unfortunately, adulthood demands we stay put and deal with it, but I can always escape in a good book, or even a badly written book. I’m a snacker or grazer; meaning I eat consistently throughout the day, all day. My snacking intensifies with stress and high emotions; I’m working on that. I’m not equipped for the rigors of medical school, but deepest desire is to help people heal. My reason for writing is to keep people from being swallowed by inadequacies and leading them to the One that can lift them out of those feelings.
