Why You Tried to Kill Yourself
Dear Reader,

Despite the dark title, "Why You Tried to Kill Yourself" is an inspirational book. I have worked in mental health for over 12 years caring for individuals who are having suicidal ideations or after a suicide attempt. Time and time again the question, "Why did you tried to kill yourself?" will come up. Many times an individual does not even know why they have tried to kill themselves. It is my job to help understand a comprehensive picture of their life and put the pieces of the puzzle together.

I work really hard to come up with many creative ways to help my patients live the best life possible. I do my best to validate my patients and help them be okay being the person they are meant to be.

If there was a theme word to describe "Why You Tried to Kill Yourself" it would be authentic.

My wish is that this book helps and validates individuals in a dark place.

Many blessings,

Jamie
