He’s intent on finding the distributor of a deadly new drug that’s killing the city’s humans and may be weaponized to kill witches. His mission is compromised by the pretty face and deep secrets of one Cee Cee Jones—not her real name. Cee Cee, aka Felicity, has her own agenda: she wants to shut the drug down at the source.
