About the Author

Born in Frederick, Maryland I had the pleasure of growing up in Alexandria, Virginia. I currently reside in Lilburn, Georgia with my wife, Connie, and five cats, Katie, Butter-Bean, Polly, Jasper, and Tater. I'm retired, having been a bandsman in the US Army, a firefighter, a draftsman, and lastly, a funeral director. I love to build Colonial American furniture. Doing so unplugged and with minimal hand tools is a Communion of Saints, as I try to emulate the craftsmanship of the past. Writing is a newfound passion of mine. I hope one day to find it as easy as woodworking.
