Overview

Win With Decency takes five human qualities—Humility, Empathy, Vulnerability, Gratitude, and Generosity—and shows you how to transform those qualities into business skills that create competitive advantage. Win With Decency is an approach whose time has come. Business skills that used to last 10-15 years before becoming outdated are lasting 5 years or fewer. New technologies on the horizon—like 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and more—are poised to accelerate this skill depreciation even further. Win With Decency is chock-full of business cases where companies and business leaders are not only navigating this new landscape but leading and succeeding in it as well. The purpose of this book is to help you do the same in the 2020s and beyond.
