Overview

Are you gambling on getting a mortgage? Are you gambling on
getting a good mortgage loan rate?

Why gamble when you can set yourself up to win every time? If you want to
truly understand what it takes to get not only a mortgage, but also to get the
best rate for your particular credit score, loan amount, and lender underwriting
tests, Joseph Semon walks you through achieving your best loan. It's possible
that an additional $100 down payment can save you more than $10,000
during the life of the loan.

Studies show that the monthly payment may be lower for an FHA loan than
a conventional loan with borrowers with less than a 720 credit score. But that
doesn't mean the total cost is less to the borrower. In addition, FHA borrowers
are 3 times as likely to default on a mortgage as conventional loan borrowers.
Learn why and what to do to not risk your hard won home!

Over 1 million mortgage loans are denied each year. Joseph Semon provides
a step by step road map to avoid being one of those 1 million denials in
Winning Mortgage, Winning Home. Plan ahead with the best information
resource available today
