Not a traditional cupid by any means – this one is wonderful! He is not described but rather than the traditional fat cherub with wings and a bow and arrow, I imagine a more mature man, a sort of a Dumbledore type, but shorter! His interactions with God and Life Management are very well done with humour, pathos and plain old tenacity in his pleadings. A heart warming tale

Summing it up in one word- Charming! The story is told mostly from the perspective of Cupid. I adored the fact that we got see a personality side developed for our beloved Cupid. Yeah, I knew he was a matchmaker, but did you think he had a jealous side? We learn quite a bit about him in this heart warming story. Bette Lee is excellent at developing her characters...never quite perfect, but who is? That's why we can relate to them as we do.
