Overview

Within the shadow of the mountains lies a valley, shrouded in darkness, and home to the witch. The promise of death awaits those who dare trespass. However, the enchantments which give the sorceress Gabrielle warning, have failed with the passing of her mother's spirit. Now the reputation may no longer be enough to keep her family safe.
The warrior Kale, his son Kren, and daughter Breen strive to make the valley a home for Madea, whose gift of foresight reveals heartache and sorrow. Only the dryad, Cira, can bring peace to the child's troubled mind and heart. Unfortunately, turmoil on the ridge set into motion a time when the valley would lose its seclusion.
To the south in Cev-Navison, the Elder of the White Cannon plots to despoil a vale where talk of gold and murder was revealed. The reach of the brotherhood will extend for profit or personal gain.
In the north, Gholi, Chief of the Rhette-du, ponders the fabled goblyn city that has been lost for a thousand years.  Balite-Ungress was once the center of the great goblyn nation and is all but a memory. Can he resurrect the glory and lost magic of old?
Only within winter's grasp, will the Northrend remain unfettered from strife and bloodshed. Yet, time does not stand still, nor does the struggle between man, beast, and magic.
"Witch's Valley Book Two-Madea's Fate" follows up Robert L. Rogler's debut fantasy adventure novel "Heart of Light Book One-Madea's Fate" and serves as the second entry in the Madea's Fate trilogy.
