Jennifer Moss Breen is associate professor and program director of the EdD in Interdisciplinary Leadership at Creighton University, USA.

Madeleine van der Steege is an award-winning female entrepreneur, co-editor and author of several publications, and adjunct professor at Webster University, Leiden.
