Overview

When Mason was an infant, his parents set up a private email account on their son's behalf and gave the address to everyone they knew. The plan was that friends and family would send Mason messages, advice, and well-wishes over the course of his childhood, which he'd read once he came of age. Now Mason is thirteen and his father is missing, his mother is severely detached, and the time to unlock the email account has arrived. "Would you open the time capsule?" is the story of what family secrets Mason uncovers when he opens the account, and the search for buried truths that the emails send him on.
