Yoga with Olo the Cat and Master Cobra

Nowadays, practicing yoga is the best way for children to relax, exercise and at the same time, have fun. Yoga helps them be stronger, more flexible, well balanced and confident.
This book-manual is an introduction to Hatha Yoga for little ones (3 and up) and their parents. Children can read the story about Olo the Cat, who wants to learn yoga, and at the same time they can learn how to do Yoga in a playful way. Olo's teacher is the greatest Master of Yoga, Master Cobra. Master Cobra introduces to Olo the first level of Hatha Yoga exercises with simple but powerful poses. Each pose represents a different animal or an interesting creature. Even though Olo really wants to learn Yoga, sometimes he cheats and takes shortcuts. Will Olo learn yoga and become a great Yogi?
This book is beautifully illustrated by Mira Reiss with the participation of 9 year old young artist Nicole Arnaud.

About the Author

Young Artists Publishing (YAP) began with the genius story of a 5 year old girl, Nicole Arnaud, about a Halloween Monster. As every little child, Niki created her story in a blink of an eye and even drew a wonderful scary looking monster's illustration. Printed at home on demand by friends, her story entitled "Niki's spooky Ha, Halloween stories" was largely appreciated not only by children but also by teachers. Some friends encouraged her to publish her book. Meanwhile, the ideas of new stories were coming from other friends and children. Some were inspired by simple drawings or sketches, others were inspired by events or storytelling.
All those events gave an idea to create a unique publishing home where children, adolescents and other talented artists, illustrators or writers could have a chance to present their manuscripts. So, be an artist, remain a child and become YAP!
