Overview

This book is a short 8,000 word (6 chapter) book that explains the five pillars of The Zen philosophy.

Along with holistic breathing methods related to yoga, and Zen.

It's not a religious book, but more of a spiritual enlightenment directing one to look inward to find the truth them selfs instead of believing what ever they hear or see, or what others tell them.

This book explains that true gratitude can only be manifested in the moment, and only in this moment is what counts. We miss out on a lot things in this moment by thinking to much of the future or past going from one moment to the next. What ever we do now determines the future, and makes history.

We must learn to embrace the present moment good or bad, and take it as it is, but not for what we think it should be.

Failure is all mental, but success is where one looks deep with in, and finds it no where else but their. Only his or her actions determine what the end result will turn out to be.

The future will never matter, and neither will the past. What ever one gets done now is what will always count.

About the Author

My name is Thomas, i had an easy life growing up being that I had a dad that was in the military who cared for me, fed me, and spent quality time with me.

The only problem was I thought I had it bad, or tough simply because I was to busy complaining, and whining about how things should be. Not even did I realize how deceived I really was, because I was absolutely spoiled. There are so many children out there that would have wanted too trade places with me growing up.

As self centered, and hard headed as I was, it was a shame to even think I had a miserable life, because theirs a lot bigger issues out thier, and my problems where very small.

As of today I do security for a living, and volunteer to help homeless at soup kitchens, and want to eventually travel the world to help combat human trafficking. Because there are so many people out there who don't have a family.
