Welcome to Island City: a filthy, sprawling, island metropolis filled with crime, corruption, and, oh yeah...zombies. Except these are not your garden-variety, brain-dead, stumbling zombies. Far from it.Shortly after the zombie apocalypse, a mutated strain of Zombie-ism began leaving some of the infected as sentient, functional human beings in full possession of their mental faculties...but still craving brains. Those who've been able to control their violent urges have been corralled onto Island City's long-forgotten nuclear waste dump now known as Zombie Island. Now, four years later, the island has become little more than a crowded, festering prison for the world's two million "safe" zombies, known as Z-Positive humans, or zeeps...and some of them are getting restless. Very restless...
