About the Author

Zyan Tolliver is 5 years old born in Seattle and raised in the East Bay Area of California. Where Zyan was involved in an accident that changed his world forever, at the tender age of 10 months old.
After the incident, Zyan was hospitalized with brain injuries and his eyesight taken from him. Becoming legally blind before even a toddler, which delayed his speech, motor skills and much more.
With the support of his mom, Zyan was able to defy all odds against him and sore past his injuries. Learning, growing and doing everything medical professionals feared he wouldn't.
Along the way in schools and therapy sessions, he met astonishing children with similar circumstances. This book is his way of giving back to his community and encouraging others like him.
