Alex Aster is an internationally bestselling author of the YA romantasy series The Lightlark Saga. One of the most followed novelists on social media, Aster became a #Booktok sensation when she used TikTok to engage directly with her fans about her upcoming book. She is also the author of the critically acclaimed Emblem Island fantasy series for middle–grade readers. Aster graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied creative writing. She lives in New York where she is never too far from a coffee shop.
