Catharsis: Speaking from the Spirit

Very often, we engage in conversations with ourselves that allow us to empty what is at the very core of our being. Sometimes, we cast them as cares in prayers to God. Amidst the internal baggage we carry, there is a wealth of thoughts, ideas and feelings that are worth their weight in gold to friends, family, and acquaintances and even to those who are poised to be blessed, simply because we cleared our minds.
