Cut off and Relays

I wrote this booklet because of my concern for what I feel is a great problem in baseball today - the principal essence of the game is missing. The basic fundamentals of the game, those things which make a complete baseball player are not emphasized in baseball today. The lack of the BASICS allows the game to be played in a mediocre fashion.
