As the Cartel continues to ratchet up pressure, the citizens of Fabens are forced to undertake a pair of risky missions in order to survive. With manpower at a premium, Clara heads out on her own, while the boys stay behind venture deep into the heart of their zombie infested town. Dead America: The Second Week introduces new survivors and locations in addition to revisiting some familiar ones as people all across the country fight for their survival against the growing armies of the undead.
