Haitian Migrants

This book will address the background and legal framework for U.S. interdiction policy and the protection screenings applied to interdicted Haitian migrants. It will also explore the protection screenings applied to other migrants on the high seas and analyze whether the screening policy should be changed to a
universal standard by which all nationalities are screened consistently.
