When author Abdul Rahman Munif (1933-2004) began his biography on Marwan Kassab-Bachi (1934-2016), he wrote to the artist with his questions. Marwan responded by recording his answers on seven audio tapes. This book anthologizes the correspondence exchanged between two friends, between Berlin and Damascus, from 1990 to 2004.
