Adam Grant is a science author, professor, and organizational psychologist at Wharton. His bestselling books include Think Again, Hidden Potential, Originals, Give and Take and Option B. Grant's pioneering research has inspired people to rethink fundamental assumptions about motivation, generosity and creativity. His TED talks have been viewed more than 25 million times, making him one of TED's most popular speakers. Grant has a B.A from Harvard, a Ph.D. from University of Michigan, and has received scientific achievement awards from the American Psychological Association and the National Science Foundation. Adam is a former Junior Olympic springboard diver. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and three children.
