Well known for her fantasy books set in the fictional world of Deverry, Katharine Kerr’s Celtic-inspired series has taken on a life of its own. She is a prolific science fiction and fantasy author who credits her love of the genre to receiving a fantasy-role playing game as a gift. Aside from the Deverry books, she has written the Polar City series and the Nola O’Grady series.
