Overview

Will is eight years old and lives with his mum, dad and his dog, Clive. In this, the fourth story in the series, Will goes camping with his best friend Charlie, his next door neighbour Alex and her boyfriend James. Will’s mum gives them a sack of potatoes to take with them but Will can’t understand what use they could have on a camping trip. Will soon discovers that potatoes can be a lot of fun. Paul Cook (author of 'Pete the Bee') decided to write some stories for his eight year old son Matthew during the COVID-19 lock down as part of his home schooling activities. Matthew enjoyed reading the stories (or at least he said that he did) and so Paul decided to share them with the world. The stories are free to download, read and share with friends. Suitable for children aged 8-11 years old.
